When it comes to time and expenses, you can save time by automating the repetitive tasks, and decreasing the amount of time it takes to complete your billing. The Time Card is available in three formats: calendar, spreadsheet and stopwatch and you can run multiple timers concurrently. The time sheet automatically populates projects based on the previous week's activities and allows for tracking overtime, compensation, sick, vacation and holiday time. You can create time entries from To-Do items. Finally, expenses can be entered in multiple currencies.

Advanced tools like Interactive Gantt Charts help reorganize your project schedule by dragging, dropping and stretching tasks on a visual timeline. Your preparation to bill is simplified with the ability to manage Fee Schedules: Service, Expense and Delayed with job classifications, the ability to print pre-billing reports and feature-rich invoicing with over 150 templates, batch processing, automatic PDF creation, edit processed invoices, and customizable invoices using Crystal Reports. You can generate reports using over 400 report templates and in the Report Center you can easily select any report, apply filters, instantly preview, view related reports and save your favorites. Company History and Contact Information
In 1995, Shafat Qazi was a partner in a Los Angeles-based structural engineering firm. Shafat found that many firms were struggling with time and billing and other business management processes. He knew there had to be a better way. By day he worked as an engineer while by night he feverishly worked on developing the first version of BillQuick. It took about a year to bring the initial BillQuick product to market. The initial customers were so enthusiastic that Shafat left engineering in 1998 to focus full-time on BillQuick and his new company, BQE Software.
