Brief Product Description and Pricing

· CYMA^IV Accounting for Windows is a family of accounting software systems designed specifically for Windows users. CYMA^IV is a client/server system priced as an affordable alternative to traditional "high end" systems. CYMA^IV is written in Microsoft Visual C++ and uses the Pervasive.SQL database engine.

· CYMA^IV Financial Management System (FMS) is sophisticated accounting software for small to mid-sized businesses. CYMA^IV Version 8 provides accounting functionality powerful enough for the most demanding user and straightforward enough for new users. With multi-user capability and add on modules, CYMA^IV accounting software is designed to grow as your business grows. To further complement the program, CYMA^IV utilizes the industry standard reporting tools Crystal Reports and F9 Financial Report Writer.

· Effective 2008, CYMA^IV.standard retail pricing will be $645 per module with Job Costing and Inventory Control modules priced at $795 each. The software maintenance fees are 18% of the current suggested retail price. Multiple user pricing will vary based on the number of licenses purchased.

Technical Specifications

· Windows XP and Vista.

· Multiple Document Design allows multiple modules and/or windows to be open concurrently.

· Complete data "Roll-Back" capability incorporated throughout the system. This provides an effective means for recovery from system failure.

· Pervasive.SQL Version 10 is the underlying database engine used by CYMAIV. Users must purchase a separate license to operate Pervasive.SQL Version 10 with your CYMA^IV product.

Integration with Accounting and Ease of Setup

· Three different keyboard modes are provided to accommodate fast data entry for heavy keypad users, as well as to accommodate users who prefer little use of the mouse.

· CYMA allows for multiple and unlimited companies. Company setup may be copied to new company for easy replication.

· CYMA Accounting Software is designed to integrate with nearly any third-party software application that can utilize an accounting back-end. Dozens of organizations have created interfaces from their software to CYMA in order to create additional functionality and flexibility.

· The CYMA^IV System Manager controls users, companies, security, and a wide variety of system features. Each installation of CYMA^IV requires a System Manager. One convenient location helps manage multiple companies, user access, accounting periods, custom forms, and reporting.
