Brief Product Description and Pricing

· MAS 500 was built from the ground up using industry standard tools, such as Microsoft Visual Studio and MS SQL Server technology. MAS 500 was designed to be a powerful Client Server solution. MAS 500 extends the Sage family of accounting products by helping customers move between products in the Sage Software line, providing enterprise accounting class enhancements, while designed to dramatically lower the cost of migrating data from MAS 90 and MAS 200.

· MAS 500 ERP must be installed by a certified installer. Sage markets MAS 500 through its channel partners. Five user licenses begin under $50,000 and scale to around $150,000 for 100 users. This does not include setup, installation or training.

· MAS 500’s latest version includes important enhancements for customers moving to MAS 500 from other systems. Manufacturing customers will see several key enhancements, including a manufacturing pick list, labor assignments through Shop Floor Control, and quantity adjustments in the Light Manufacturing production entry. Developers will also appreciate the ability to interface their applications with a wide range of entities (such as customers or invoices), including an option to exchange XML documents.
